The Resident Evil movie ballot is a series of action- horror flicks grounded on the popular videotape game series of the same name. While there are multiple flicks in the ballot, I will give a brief summary of the main plot that unfolds throughout the pictures.
The story begins with" Resident Evil"( 2002), where we're introduced to Alice, played by Milla Jovovich, who wakes up in a manse with no memory of who she's or how she got there. The manse is a secret entrance to an underground exploration installation called The Hive, operated by the Umbrella Corporation. Alice, along with a platoon of elite battalions, discovers that The Hive has been defiled with the T- contagion, a largely contagious and dangerous contagion that turns humans into zombies and other shifted brutes. The platoon must fight their way out while uncovering the minatory trials conducted by Umbrella.
In" Resident Evil Apocalypse"( 2004), the T- contagion spreads to the megacity of Raccoon City, turning the entire population into zombies. Alice brigades up with other survivors, including Jill Valentine, a formerS.T.A.R.S. officer, to escape the megacity before Umbrella destroys it with a nuclear lemon. Along the way, they encounter shifted brutes and face off against Nemesis, a importantbio-weapon created by Umbrella.
" Resident Evil extermination"( 2007) takes place in apost-apocalyptic world where the T- contagion has spread encyclopedically, turning utmost of the Earth's population into zombies. Alice joins a group of survivors and fights against the infected and Umbrella's forces while searching for a safe haven called Arcadia.
In" Resident Evil Afterlife"( 2010), Alice discovers that Arcadia isn't a safe place but a trap set by Umbrella. She encounters Claire Redfield, her family Chris Redfield, and a group of survivors who plan to take down Umbrella's headquarters in Tokyo. The film features violent battles against Umbrella's enhancedsuper-soldiers and Wesker, the main antagonist.
" Resident Evil Retribution"( 2012) follows Alice as she wakes up in an Marquee installation and learns that she's part of a simulation designed to test colorful scripts. She escapes and brigades up with familiar faces from the former pictures, including characters from the games, to take down Umbrella and put an end to their trials.
Eventually, in" Resident Evil The Final Chapter"( 2016), Alice returns to Raccoon City, where the Umbrella Corporation's headquarters are located. She faces crowds of zombies and otherbio-weapons, uncovering the verity about her own origins and the purpose of the T- contagion. Alice must defy the Red Queen, the AI controlling Umbrella, and make a final stage to save humanity.
